The Arctic Is Calling
Norway, first week of February — Northern Lights & Sami Week in Tromsø (and beyond)
This February I’m planning on hosting a small group of 10-12 to Arctic Norway. While researching the perfect itinerary and unique experiences, I came across Sami Week and knew that’s the type of experience I want to have and offer. It’s a celebration of Sami (the local indigenous people) culture and tradition. That will include reindeer races, local markets, and a lot of color against the snow, all while we chase the Northern Lights after dark.
I am still working out the exact lineup, but it’ll include northern lights excursions, husky sledding, and an arctic adventure day or two. There’s also a good chance we sail back down the Norwegian coast (a 3 day cruise) afterward instead of flying out, taking in the fjords and Viking towns along the way.
The bones of this trip are pure fairytale. I wanted you to be the first to know as it’s coming together.
